Just when you thought the only naughtily clever ads could come out of Europe – some tiny American agency comes through with nothing to lose. This ad about a coital cuke was done by dieste, a small branding firm out of Dallas. While I wouldn’t – ahem – know about it personally, I would think that creating something clever for a client like Sara’s Secret, would come with it’s own set of challenges – getting past the FCC being just one of them.
But it’s the subtlety, tact and cleverness that not only makes this ad able to make it on the air, but also wildly funny, if not a touch disturbing.
I always wondered how they made pickles… hmm. Oh, and by the way, I think I’d pass on that leftover pizza. 😉
